The world’s first Lamborghini Café is inside the private clubhouse of Tierra Viva, the gated community of 53 Lamborghini-designed mansions in Benahavís, near Marbella. It is reserved for owners, and sits alongside a spa, gym, sauna, hammam, jacuzzis, adult and children’s pools, an owners’ lounge, the Velocity Bar & Lounge and a supercar showroom.

Where is the first Lamborghini Café in the world?
It is in Tierra Viva, in the hills of Benahavís on the Costa del Sol, between La Zagaleta and Marbella Club Golf Resort. The café is part of the community clubhouse, designed with Automobili Lamborghini and developed by Dar Global. The developer’s brochure presents it as “the first in the world”.

Who can use the Lamborghini Café and the clubhouse?
The clubhouse is private: it is for the owners of the 53 mansions in Tierra Viva. It is not a public café or restaurant. That is part of the appeal for buyers: resort-style facilities, shared only with neighbours, inside a gated community with 24/7 security.
What is inside the Tierra Viva clubhouse?
| Area | What it offers |
|---|---|
| Lamborghini Café | The first in the world, for owners |
| Velocity Bar & Lounge | Bar and lounge for evenings |
| Owners’ lounge | A private space to meet other owners |
| Supercar showroom | A gallery for cars, for owners who collect |
| Spa | Sauna, hammam (steam room) and jacuzzis |
| Gym | Fully equipped fitness area |
| Pools | Outdoor adult pool and a children’s pool |
| Children’s play area | A dedicated area for children |
| Sunken lounge and terrace | Outdoor areas with views |
The brochure gives each area a line in the language of cars: the spa is “Every supercar needs its service. So do you”, the pools are a “cooling system” and the café is “fuel for the day”.
Why does a clubhouse matter when buying a luxury villa?
For many buyers on the Costa del Sol, shared facilities decide between two similar villas. A private clubhouse means you do not need to join a separate club for the gym, spa or a quiet coffee, and children have a safe place to play inside the gate.
- Families get a children’s pool and play area within the community.
- Car collectors get a supercar showroom, on top of the private car lift in the Painite villa.
- Second-home owners arrive to a community with its own café, bar and spa, 45 minutes from Málaga airport.

How far is the clubhouse from Marbella and the beach?
The clubhouse is inside Tierra Viva, so every owner has it on their doorstep. From the community it is 5 minutes to the Mediterranean beaches, 12 minutes to Puerto Banús, 16 minutes to Marbella’s Golden Mile and 45 minutes to Málaga airport.
Is the Tierra Viva clubhouse included when you buy a villa?
The clubhouse is a shared facility of the community for owners. The conditions of use and community fees are set out in the developer’s documentation, which we send privately with the brochure and floor plans.
