What Are the Lamborghini Villas in Marbella?
The Lamborghini villas are Tierra Viva: a private estate of 53 mansions in Benahavís, next to La Zagaleta and Marbella Club Golf Resort.
Automobili Lamborghini shaped the design. Dar Global, listed on the London Stock Exchange, builds and sells them. It is the brand’s first residential project in Europe.
There are four mansion types, from 4 to 6 bedrooms, all inside a gated community with 24/7 security and a private clubhouse.

They’re in the hills of Benahavís, the municipality right next to Marbella, between La Zagaleta and Marbella Club Golf Resort. From the gate you’re 5 minutes from the beach, 12 from Puerto Banús and 45 from Málaga airport. So you get privacy up in the hills, but the coast is right there.
Are the villas really designed by Lamborghini?
Yes. Tierra Viva is designed with Automobili Lamborghini, the car brand itself, and it’s the first and only Lamborghini gated community in Europe. Lamborghini brings the design; Dar Global, the developer, builds and sells the homes.
Who is building Tierra Viva, and can I trust them?
The developer is Dar Global PLC, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. It already develops branded homes with Aston Martin, Pagani, Missoni and other luxury brands, in 14 cities across 7 countries. It also has an office on Marbella’s Golden Mile, so you can meet the team face to face.
How many Lamborghini villas are there and how do they differ?
There are 53 mansions in four types. Esmeralda has 4 bedrooms and Zafiro 5, both on two levels plus a rooftop. Painite has 5 bedrooms and a private car lift. Diamante, the flagship, has 6 bedrooms over four floors. Which one fits you depends on how many bedrooms you need and how much the car matters to you.
Can I really have my car inside the house?
Yes, in the Painite type. A private lift takes your car up into a gallery inside the home, so it’s part of the living space rather than locked away in a garage. It’s the villa most collectors ask about first.
What comes included in each mansion?
Each one comes with a passenger lift, aerothermal climate control, a kitchen with Miele appliances and Cosentino or Inalco worktops, Duravit and Villeroy & Boch bathrooms, and marble floors. It’s also prepared for a sauna, steam room, gym and home cinema. Furniture and electronics aren’t included, so you furnish it to your own taste.
What does the clubhouse have?
Owners share a private clubhouse with the world’s first Lamborghini Café, the Velocity Bar & Lounge, an owners’ lounge, a supercar showroom, a spa, gym, sauna, hammam and jacuzzis. There’s an adult pool, a children’s pool and a play area, so it works for families too.
Is Tierra Viva safe and private enough for a family?
