How many mansion types are there?
Four: Esmeralda (4 bedrooms), Zafiro (5 bedrooms), Painite (5 bedrooms with a private car lift) and Diamante (6 bedrooms across four levels).
Is Benahavís part of Marbella?
No. Benahavís is its own municipality, bordering Marbella and Estepona. Some of the best-known luxury addresses on the coast, such as La Zagaleta, are in Benahavís.
Can foreigners buy property in Spain?
Yes. There are no restrictions for EU or non-EU buyers. You will need an NIE (tax number) and a Spanish bank account.
