What are the four Lamborghini villa types in Marbella?
All four are part of Tierra Viva, a gated community of 53 mansions in the hills of Benahavís, next to La Zagaleta and Marbella Club Golf Resort. The project is designed with Automobili Lamborghini and developed by Dar Global, a developer listed on the London Stock Exchange. Each type is named after a precious stone and has its own character.

Every type shares the same standard specification: passenger lift, aerothermal heating and cooling, a Miele kitchen with Cosentino or Inalco worktops, Duravit and Villeroy & Boch bathrooms and marble floors. Views are of the sea, the valley or the golf course depending on the plot.
Which villa is best for a family?
For most families the choice is between Zafiro and Diamante. Zafiro gives five bedrooms on two levels plus a rooftop, so daily life stays on two floors. Diamante gives six bedrooms over four floors, with rooftop terraces, for families who want a bedroom for every child plus guests.
If the household is smaller, Esmeralda offers four bedrooms on two levels plus a rooftop with the same Lamborghini design language. All three are inside the gated community, with 24/7 security and a children’s pool and play area in the clubhouse.
Which villa has a garage for the car inside the house?
Painite. A private lift takes the car from street level into a glass gallery inside the home, where it stays on display as part of the living space. It is the type most collectors ask about first, and the reason it is described with the line “Move in with your loved one. The one with four wheels.”
Painite has five bedrooms over two levels. For collectors with more than one car, the Tierra Viva clubhouse adds a supercar showroom.
Which is the largest Lamborghini villa?
In number of bedrooms and floors, Diamante: six bedrooms over four levels, with rooftop terraces and large pool areas. It is the flagship of the collection. Exact built areas and plot sizes vary by unit and are shared with the brochure and floor plans.
How do the four types compare at a glance?
