How buying works

First call. We understand what you need: size, budget, timing and whether it is a main home, holiday home or investment.
Viewing. In person or by video call, including the show villa and the surroundings.
Reservation. A reservation contract takes the villa off the market while your lawyer reviews the documentation.
Purchase contract and payments. For off-plan homes, payments during construction are protected by bank guarantees under Spanish law.
Completion. Signing at the notary, handover of keys and, if you wish, after-sales support with furnishing, rental or management.
